Aki is the loyal hound of the Underworld, tasked with making sure the dead do not leave. However, on occasion this does happen.He then ventures to Earth and seeks out the escaped souls, and sometimes those who try to delay their pact with the devil. He marks a soul for execution with claw marks on their door. If they try to run, the marks transfer to their flesh. Acting as a beacon for the hound to give chase.

Aki is docile and carefree by nature. A tempered soul that does not like to be alone. He thrives off affection, and social situations. He sometimes wanders into orphanages as a dog to sleep, instead of going back to the underworld by himself.He can have a violent temper when provoked, or if someone he cares about is in danger.
